Trouble Brewing On San Francisco’s Home Front

He wants our troops to come home, She would consider sending more.  He abhors torture, She turns her head to it.  He wants to open the Federal Reserve’s books and audit the place, She is trying to stop that from happening.  He is a Republican named John Dennis and she is Nancy Pelosi.

John Dennis is a constitutionalist and holds to views much more in line with what our Founding Fathers intended than almost every Republican member in congress.  For this and many other reasons he is an attractive Republican candidate.  However, if I was a Democrat I would find him quite attractive also.  John Dennis is an adamant non-interventionist who wants an immediate withdrawal of our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan along with a review of every one of our 700 overseas military bases.  He is an environmentalist and a privacy rights advocate.  At times like these when it seems the congressmen in both parties are refusing to listen to the will of the people, John Dennis would be a great voice for us.

It is refreshing to see a candidate vying for San Francisco’s congressional seat who is a true liberal who will fight for the rights of Californians.  John Dennis doesn’t pick and choose when it comes to liberty.  He refuses to divide them up into our civil liberties, economic liberties, sexual liberties, etc.  Instead in his own words he says, “If we support some types of liberty but not others, ultimately we will be left without liberty at all.”

Pelosi on the other hand has railed against the people who have raised their concerns over the direction the country has taken, saying they’re showing up carrying swastikas to town hall meetings.  This just reminds the people of San Francisco how long it has been since Congresswoman Pelosi last came to a town hall meeting.  Her anti-war stance has been nothing but rhetoric, and never tried to do anything to stop water boarding until being called out on it.  At times Nancy Pelosi has served her district well but now it is time for her to step down.  Especially since her approval ratings have been in a nose dive since shortly after President Obama’s election.

  2. No offense intended, but well wishing and fine sentiments of luck in politics go no further toward success than wishing oneself to the moon. What Mr. Dennis needs is DONATIONS. Like it or not – politics, elections and campaign success are determined by publicity, marketing, competent staff and management. All of these require funding. Name recognition and association with the candidate’s message require media communication, which takes money. This is political reality, and until the majority of voters get their candidate information by careful, thoughtful research of their own we are stuck with this political paradigm. All it takes is a large number of small donations. So to reiterate: REMEMBER, REMEMBER THE 5TH OF NOVEMBER! thisnovember5th.com !!! Or go to John’s website and donate now – johndennis2010.com

  3. For all of you who love the Constitution, you’ve got to check out http://oathkeepers.org/ If Chris Matthews hates them, they’ve got to be a great group of patriots! Please get this info to John Dennis! I know he’ll love this group and most likely will want to work with them. They are members of the Military and Law Enforcement Officers who are Constitutional Guardians! They are true believers in the Oath they took!

  4. I don’t live in California, but I do want to see Pelosi thrown out as much as any of you. Be sure to join John’s Facebook group and help get the word out. The whole country will be focused on this race!

  5. Dennis,
If I lived there, I would campaign for you! We definately want that screwball(I am being overly nice with this comment) Pelosi THROWN OUT…I will be praying for your victory!! Hurry 2010 because I don’t know how much we can take of this garbage, I am at my wits end with this…seriously!

  6. Good one! (But please correct the spelling of San Francisco in the title. I hate to sound pedantic but it’s my home town.) ;->

Author: It’s fixed, thanks I never would have noticed.

  7. I wish I could vote for you John, Congress NEEDS an ENEMA ASAP to save this country from certain death! Plastic Pelosi, as the Speaker of the House (when she bothers to show up!) will NOT accept ANY email from anyone in the country except for her own constituents, and I doubt she even pays attention to them unless they contribute to her campaign! WE THE PEOPLE should be able to communicate with the Speaker of the House of Representatives!
This district NEEDS some SERIOUS grassroots activists to help this Liberty candidate John Dennis!

  8. He is an environmentalist. Where does he stand on Cap&Trade, & on the smelt vs Californians? Would he fight to keep our nation sovereign from the creeping UN (Rockefeller criminal cartel)? What does he think about SwineFlu Vaccinations?

Author’s Comment: Hey Margaret, in John Dennis’ own words, “I do not support Cap & Trade, a proposal which its own proponents admit will have a minimal impact on global temperatures – by 2100. The Cap & Trade scheme is a tax increase masquerading as an environmental program.” Also if you look through John Dennis’ site you will notice that he believes in the balance of powers as set up by our Founding Fathers. As you and I would both agree, the UN doesn’t fit into this equation. He has not specifically mentioned the Swine Flu Vaccinations, however being a Liberty Republican my assumption would be that he would back a person’s right to choose their own health-care decisions.

  9. Valuable thoughts and advices. I read your topic with great interest.

  10. Read a couple of your articles, very well written.

  11. Pelosi is a democratic version of Bush, plain and simple, she supports every major foreign and economic policy (you know, the ones that really matter…) that Bush did.

Look that up and look at her votes. No thanks to Bush in a dress with make up, not this time!

  12. Someone has to hold her feet to the fire, the Democratic party won’t.

  13. Goodbye Pelosi. Goodbye

  14. You have my support!

  15. This fine man has my support!

  16. Great article. Pelosi has been destroying this country long enough with her fake liberal policies. She is filthy rich and takes advantage of everybody she can. We need John Dennis, who is a true liberal in that he follows the Constitution, to fight for us, all of us. He fights for individuals rights and not the group with the most money.

  17. Are you a professional journalist? You write very well.

  18. I am not from California, but, I give my support to John. Madman Pelosi, is just looking more for power then for the people she was hired to represent. She does not follow the constitution at all, and John, you sound like a breath of fresh air that not only senate, but the USA needs.
If I lived in your district you would garnish my vote.
    My very best to you!!

  20. Interesting and informative. But will you write about this one more?

  21. hey wendy good article and cool site .. wanna exchange blogroll links? my site is fabiangambino dot com

  22. Go John!

  23. It’s true, Pelosi has great name recognition.
Now, the key is tying that name recognition to her giant list of negatives. Beginning with the way she operates with such secrecy. Not wanting to post the Health care bill online for her BOSSES (the American public) to read?
Her power has gone to her head. I hope she goes bye-bye.
Looks like Dennis might be the man!

  24. It is time for Pelousy to go!!! I pray people don’t just vote for Pelosi because her name is mainstream. It is time we all did some independent research on candidates before we vote for them, not just recognize a name and check them off. We cannot afford to do that anymore, our forefathers would be ashamed at how far we have let Washington beaureaucrats go already. Good luck John Dennis, it is time to take this country back, one politician at a time if we have to!!!!

  25. John Dennis, the ONLY choice for liberty! Remember, remember the 5th of November… http://www.ThisNovember5th.com

    For liberty,

    Rob

  26. I was going to say something of my own.
but why bother when poster “John R” took care of it!

If ever a republican was to win San Francisco, it’s John Dennis. He’s more liberal (as in classical liberal, advocating liberty) than Pelosi or any other democrat like her who pays lip service to liberty and does the exact opposite, and he’s more conservative economically than any republican in office besides the good doctor. In short he would be a fine representative of the people, not the government, not a shill for a party, and not an asset in the pocket of lobbyists. Do the rest of the nation a favor San Francisco, get this guy in office, you owe us one for Pelosi. Thanks!

  27. Great article! Go John Dennis!

  28. First Rand, then Schiff, now Dennis. The Campaign for Liberty is on a roll, we’ll take back this country yet.
